Here at IMF, we highly recommend Dreamweaver for its all round usability, but if you can't afford the £229.95 ($376) price tag which is understandable, especially if your just starting out, then check out the range of free software available below.

Adobe Dreamweaver CS 5.5
Dreamweaver really is the front runner when it comes to WYSIWYG software. Although not free, it is possible to get a free 30 day trial if none of the above software works out for you. The link above is to adobe's website but Internet Marketers Friend recommends shopping around for a better price if you decide to take the leap.
